  • Order Processing activities, include but not limited to :
    • Provide Magpie Network Report
    • Retrieve existing data from Telstra system
    • Submit Service Qualification and Wideband Feasibility
    • Generate Telstra Internet Direct Paperwork
    • Service Cancellation
  • Order Tracking activities such as monitoring Project progress and recording
  • Customer Billing Enquiries, retrieving data from customer system includes :
    • Service Connection date, Service Product
    • Billing date
    • Pricing Plan
    • List Customer Contact
  • Monitoring Ticket Assignment
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any relevant major
  • 2-3 years’ experience within Order Processing activities, providing support to such or similar role.
  • Customer facing experience with international exposure
  • Posses understanding in Project Management
  • High attention to detail, good problem solver and good communications
  • Advance Computer literate in Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English
